Basically standard scone recipe with added extras. Great for kids parties/lunches etc. If they only eat a couple of these for school lunch at least you know they had a good all round feed to keep them going.

Ingredients
- 6 cups standard flour
- 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 150 grams butter
- half teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 10 - gummy bears or similar lollies
- 15 - dried apricots
- 1/4 cup sultanas
- 1/4 cup currants
- 2 slices dried mango
- 1/4 cup all bran/sultana bran etc
How To Make party scones

Step 1Preheat oven 220c line baking tray with baking paper

Step 2Into a bowl add 1 cup milk, sugar, bran, sultanas n currents. Finely chop apricots, mango n lollies add to bowl, the longer they sit the better, reduces the amount of moisture they pull from scones.

Step 3Into bowl sift flour baking powder n salt. Grate in butter, cream butter thru mix. Add wet ingredients, mix thru. Add milk till right consistency, ideally quite a wet mix.

Step 4Sprinkle a lil flour onto bench, roll out scones, cut to a fairly large size approx 3 - 4 inch square. Bake 12-15 mins, turn oven off leave 5 mins with residual heat to finish cooking n avoid burning outsides.
