This a nice party dip to serve with corn chips.

  • 1 large
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1 large
    red pepper, chopped
  • 4 c
    corn, frozen or canned
  • 1--15oz. can(s)
    black beans
  • 6
    plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 large
    onion chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh cilantro
  • 3 Tbsp
    wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • dash(es)
    seasoned salt

How to Make Party Bean Dip


  1. Chop peppers, onions and tomatoes into small pieces.
    Drain the juice from the beans and corn.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
    Prepare the night before serving or several hours before serving.
    Serve with chips or scoops of your choice.
    Enjoy !
