This is what I look forward to every fall/Halloween! It's my once a year treat/guilty pleasure!
This is the ONLY way I'll eat my roasted pumpkin seeds.
But, you either love them or you hate them. I had a friend who couldn't make up her mind if she liked them or not. In the process, she almost ate them all! I think she liked them!!!

Ingredients

·pumpkin seeds, out of 3 - 4 pumpkins (the larger the better)

2 stickbutter, cold, cut into tbsp chunks

·garlic salt
-
·garlic powder
How to Make "No Vampires" Garlic Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
- Rinse seeds (& goop).
- Bake for 30 minutes; stir. Bake another 30 minutes; stir. Bake another 15 minutes; stir. Bake another 15 minutes (they should be done at this point). Keep doing this until seed turn a light to medium brown (like the photo or little darker).
- Once done, let cool for 30 minutes & then enjoy!
