No Bake Energy Bites

Brenda Andrews

My daughter is a health nut and a volleyball player which means we are always looking for quick snacks that travel well. These are a hit with her and her whole volleyball team, including the parents! The coach has me bring these every weekend we have tournaments because he can be sure the girls will eat them --- all. The recipe is easy to double, triple ... you get the point, of course I have to leave some home for my husband to eat later! Also these are easy to make gluten free! Original from
