- 10 - medjool dates or figs
- 2 large apples
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour, organic
- 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon, organic
- 4 tablespoons coconut sugar, organic
- 2 cups rolled oats, gluten free
- 1/2 cup walnuts
How To Make no bake apple pie bites

Step 1Core and quarter apples (skin on).

Step 2In a food processor, pulse apple until finely chopped. Add dates or figs and pulse again.

Step 3Pour in remaining ingredients; puree until smooth.

Step 4Transfer mixture to bowl and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

Step 5Shape mixture into tablespoon sized balls. Store in fridge up to 1 week.
