No Bake Apple Pie Bites

Healthy snack. You can add or change with nuts, coconut, etc.

    medjool dates or figs
  •   2 large
  •   2 Tbsp
    coconut flour, organic
  •   4 tsp
    ground cinnamon, organic
  •   4 Tbsp
    coconut sugar, organic
  •   2 c
    rolled oats, gluten free
  •   1/2 c

How To Make

    Core and quarter apples (skin on).
  • 2
    In a food processor, pulse apple until finely chopped. Add dates or figs and pulse again.

    Pour in remaining ingredients; puree until smooth.
  • 4
    Transfer mixture to bowl and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

    Shape mixture into tablespoon sized balls. Store in fridge up to 1 week.
