Ingredients

  • 10 - medjool dates or figs
  • 2 large apples
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour, organic
  • 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon, organic
  • 4 tablespoons coconut sugar, organic
  • 2 cups rolled oats, gluten free
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

How To Make no bake apple pie bites

  • Step 1
    Core and quarter apples (skin on).
  • Step 2
    In a food processor, pulse apple until finely chopped. Add dates or figs and pulse again.
  • Step 3
    Pour in remaining ingredients; puree until smooth.
  • Step 4
    Transfer mixture to bowl and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Shape mixture into tablespoon sized balls. Store in fridge up to 1 week.
