  • 2 large
  • 2 Tbsp
    coconut flour, organic
  • 4 tsp
    ground cinnamon, organic
  • 4 Tbsp
    coconut sugar, organic
  • 2 c
    rolled oats, gluten free
  • 1/2 c

How to Make No Bake Apple Pie Bites


  1. Core and quarter apples (skin on).
  2. In a food processor, pulse apple until finely chopped. Add dates or figs and pulse again.
  3. Pour in remaining ingredients; puree until smooth.
  4. Transfer mixture to bowl and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  5. Shape mixture into tablespoon sized balls. Store in fridge up to 1 week.
