2 Tbspcoconut flour, organic

4 tspground cinnamon, organic

How To Make no bake apple pie bites

1Core and quarter apples (skin on).

2In a food processor, pulse apple until finely chopped. Add dates or figs and pulse again.

3Pour in remaining ingredients; puree until smooth.

4Transfer mixture to bowl and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

5Shape mixture into tablespoon sized balls. Store in fridge up to 1 week.
