Mushroom Burgers Vegetarian
2 cchopped mushrooms ( i used baby portalella's)
1/2 cbread crubs ( i use italian flavored)
1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese ( i used colby/jack)
1/2 cminced onion
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Mushroom Burgers Vegetarian
- Using a food processor makes this recipe quicker then going through a drive through for a burger!
I put the onion and mushrooms in the processor and processed until finely chopped.
- Crack the 2 eggs in a medium sized mixing bowl. Beat them then mix all the ingredients in the bowl. Form into 4 patties.
- Fry in a tablespoon of olive oil, over medium high heat, 3 minutes per side.
