mushroom burgers vegetarian
This is super fast and absolutely delicious meat free burger! Mushrooms and cheddar are the star of this burger! I will also be posting a recipe using these patties as a dinner as well.

Ingredients
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 2 cups chopped mushrooms ( i used baby portalella's)
- 1/2 cup bread crubs ( i use italian flavored)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese ( i used colby/jack)
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make mushroom burgers vegetarian

Step 1Using a food processor makes this recipe quicker then going through a drive through for a burger! I put the onion and mushrooms in the processor and processed until finely chopped.

Step 2Crack the 2 eggs in a medium sized mixing bowl. Beat them then mix all the ingredients in the bowl. Form into 4 patties.

Step 3Fry in a tablespoon of olive oil, over medium high heat, 3 minutes per side. Delicious and healthy!
