Ingredients

  • 1 - crisp apple of your choice
  • 1-2 tablespoon no fat caramel ice cream topping
  • 1 - sprinkleof nuts or oreo crumbs *optional*

How To Make low fat snack

  • Step 1
    Wash and slice cored apple into your serving dish
  • Step 2
    pour caramel over slices ( go by serving size on jar )
  • Step 3
    sprinkle nuts or crumbs over
  • Step 4
    grab a fork and enjoy
