Years ago with my great-gramma we use to go to a roast beef chain, which is no longer there. We use to get there iced tea and they had packets of lemon sugar she use to get extra and I use to eat right outta packet. Well now I make it I love this stuff!! So easy to make and great for gifts!!

- 3 - lemons
- 2 cups sugar
How To Make lemon sugar

Step 1Peel lemons with vegatable peeler. Chop and put in processor with one cup sugar till finely ground. Add other cup sugar. Lay on baking sheet till dry. About 1 hour. Store in closed container. -
Step 2Use in teas, cookies, frostings, or other recipes. Makes great gifts.
