I got this recipe from a Facebook friend. I've made this recipe with Spice Cake mix; the cookies are still quite good. Experiment! This is VERY sticky; but if you are very careful with the Tablespoon measure you should get about four dozen cookies.

How to Make Lemon Crinkle Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Note: The prep time is actually the mixing of the ingredients; It takes quite awhile to get all of the cookies measured rolled and baked. I'd plan on two hours from start to finish.
  2. Mix the first three ingredients together.
  3. I line my cookie sheets with parchment paper. If you have better luck with another method, use it.
  4. Drop a tablespoon at a time of the mix onto powdered sugar on a plate, roll around and plop on prepared cookie sheet. These expand to about two inches wide. Adjust the cookie dollops accordingly.
