These little pigs in the blanket are amazing for anyone - even if you don't follow a Keto lifestyle. The bulk of the dough is made from mozzarella cheese so that's the primary flavor. Seasoning comes from the yummy everything but the bagel seasoning sprinkled on top. We love recipes that are classic and adapted to fit a certain lifestyle.   • 1 1/2 c
    mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 c
    almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    cream cheese
  • 1
  • 1/4 tsp
    sea salt
  • 8
    beef hot dogs, cut in half
  • dash
    Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

How To Make keto mini pigs in a blanket

  • Oven preheating to 400 degrees.
    Preheat oven to 400° F.
  • Mozzarella cheese, almond flour, and cream cheese in a bowl.
    In a microwavable-friendly bowl, add cheese, almond flour, and cream cheese.
  • Microwaving the cheese mixture.
    Microwave on high for 60 seconds.
  • Cheese melted in the bowl.
    Stir until slightly combined. Place back into the microwave for another 60 seconds or until cheese is warm and melted.
  • Egg added to the bowl.
    Add egg and a large pinch of salt. Stir dough together until it forms a ball and egg is mixed in. Allow dough to sit for 10 minutes.
  • Rolling out the dough and wrapping around hot dogs.
    Separate dough and wrap over hot dog.
  • Sprinkling everything but the bagel seasoning over the dough.
    Place hot dogs on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle EBB seasoning over and press into dough.
  • Pigs in a blanket baking in the oven.
    Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
