I came up with this for an easy New Years snack while on vacation. Could not be easier to make and was a huge hit!!

Ingredients
- 2 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup honey roasted peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips, mini
- 1 cup honey roasted peanuts, chopped fine
How To Make honey roasted peanut butter cheeseball

Step 1Mix together cream cheese, peanut butter and honey until completely blended. Stir in 1/2 cup of the mini chocolate chips.

Step 2Using plastic wrap, form into a ball and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.

Step 3Unwrap and roll in a mix of the chopped peanuts and chocolate chips. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with graham crackers or animal crackers.
