Honey Roasted Peanut Butter Cheeseball

I came up with this for an easy New Years snack while on vacation. Could not be easier to make and was a huge hit!!

  • 2 8 oz. pkg
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    honey roasted peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1 1/2 c
    chocolate chips, mini
  • 1 c
    honey roasted peanuts, chopped fine

How to Make Honey Roasted Peanut Butter Cheeseball


  1. Mix together cream cheese, peanut butter and honey until completely blended. Stir in 1/2 cup of the mini chocolate chips.
  2. Using plastic wrap, form into a ball and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
  3. Unwrap and roll in a mix of the chopped peanuts and chocolate chips. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with graham crackers or animal crackers.
