4 serving size sugar-free gelatin, flavor choice
1 pkg
2-qt size sugar-free powdered drink mix
1 c
boiling water
7 c
cold water

How to Make Homemade Popsicles for Diabetics


  • 1In a 2-qt heatproof pitcher or mixing bowl, dissolve the gelatin mix in the boiling water; stir to dissolve gelatin completely. Add the powdered drink mix and stir again to dissolve. Add the cold water; stir well.
  • 2Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or use small paper (bathroom size) cups with wooden popsicle sticks. Freeze until solid.
