1In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients plus the honey and oil. Mix well.
2Spread mixture on a large greased cookie sheet.
3Bake at 250 degrees for 1/2 hour. Remove from oven and stir. Place back in over and bake for an addition 1/2 hour at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and let cool. Store granola in an airtight container.
4Optional--serve granola in parfait glasses layered with granola, jam, yogurt or ice cream.
