This is a very quick, easy and delicious recipe. Enjoy it with yogurt or ice cream.

3 c
rolled oats
1/2 c
chopped walnuts
1/2 c
chopped pecans
1/2 c
almonds, slivered
1/2 c
1/2 c
craisins (dried cranberries)
1/2 c
peanut or vegetable oil
1/2 c
honey or more if needed
plain yogurt
seedless raspberry or strawberry jam

How to Make Homemade Granola


  • 1In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients plus the honey and oil. Mix well.
  • 2Spread mixture on a large greased cookie sheet.
  • 3Bake at 250 degrees for 1/2 hour. Remove from oven and stir. Place back in over and bake for an addition 1/2 hour at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and let cool. Store granola in an airtight container.
  • 4Optional--serve granola in parfait glasses layered with granola, jam, yogurt or ice cream.
