Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup almonds, slivered
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup craisins (dried cranberries)
- 1/2 cup peanut or vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup honey or more if needed
- - plain yogurt
- - seedless raspberry or strawberry jam
How To Make homemade granola

Step 1In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients plus the honey and oil. Mix well.

Step 2Spread mixture on a large greased cookie sheet.

Step 3Bake at 250 degrees for 1/2 hour. Remove from oven and stir. Place back in over and bake for an addition 1/2 hour at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and let cool. Store granola in an airtight container.

Step 4Optional--serve granola in parfait glasses layered with granola, jam, yogurt or ice cream. Enjoy Enjoy! Enjoy! Enjoy! Enjoy!
