This recipe is very healthy. I won with this recipe in the Carbon county Fair in Pennsylvania. I not only won a blue ribbon, but i also won a Hershey ribbon and went to Harrisburg................and i was only 11!!!!!! now im 12 lol

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 c
    peanut butter
  • 1/2 c
    light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c
    margarine melted
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3 c
    quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 c
    coconut
  • 1/2 c
    shelled sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c
    raisins
  • 1 c
    wheat germ
  • 2 Tbsp
    sesame seeds
  • 1 c
    hershey's semi-sweet mini chocolate chips

How to Make Hershey's Homemade Chewy Granola Bars

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13-inch by 9-inch pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mix well. Press evenly into greased pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into 24 bars. Can be frozen for future use
