  • 1
    15oz can of cannellini beans
  • 1 clove
  • 2 Tbsp
    crumbled feta
  • ·
    zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp
    greek seasoning (any type)
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 1-2 tsp
    greek yogurt (for texture, optional)

How to Make Greek Hummus


  1. Combine all ingredients in a standing blender, and process until smooth (if necessary, add one or two teaspoons of yogurt to help get everything blended).

    Serve with thick tortills, tortilla chips (best home made)pita, pita chips
