fudge that will melt in your mouth sorry i use electric to cook

Ingredients

  • 1 can evaporated milk normal size not the small one
  • 1 1/2 pounds sugar
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 300 grams white chocolate

How To Make fudge

  • Step 1
    mix in a stainless steel pot (large) the butter, evaporated milk and the sugar until the sugar has dissolved (use a wooden spoon)stir all the time
  • Step 2
    then bring to the boil
  • Step 3
    turn down the heat to simmer continuing to stir for 20 mins
  • Step 4
    take off the heat, break up the chocolate and add it to the mix add the vanilla extract and stir until well combined. at this stage you can add whatever you would like ie nuts cherries etc
  • Step 5
    pour into a swiss roll tin which you have put grease-proof paper on and spread
  • Step 6
    put into fridge for at least 2 hours overnight would be better
