I first had this when my family and I used to go to Baja CA,there were people on the street selling this and I fell in love with this simple snack. In Pasadena now there are several fruit vendors that sell the fruit, you get a huge container of fresh fruit for $5.00.
Do not use plain chili powder,it's not the same. Look for the spice that says "for fruit",check at a Hispanic store if possible. This is more of a method than a recipe,it's soo good ! so refreshing !
