  • 8 oz
    fresh raspberries
  • 1 lb
    fresh strawberries
  • 1 c
    fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    fruit preserves, strawberry or raspberry(seedless)
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 can(s)
    butter flavored cooking spray
  • 10
    10 inch flour tortillas
  • 1 c
    cinnamon sugar

How to Make Fruit Salsa


  1. In a large bowl throughly mix peeled and diced kiwis, diced apples, diced strawberries, raspberries, diced fresh pineapple. Add sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves.Cover and chill in refrigerator at least 15 minutes
  2. Cut tortillas into wedges. place on baking sheets, spray with butter flavored cooking spray. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Place in 350 degree oven and bake 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Remove pans from oven. sprinkle tortillas with more cinnamon sugar. let cool. serve with chilled fruit.
