this recipe is loved by my whole family, especially my daughter who is a teacher. She brings it to school to share with the teachers in the lunch room.

Ingredients

  • 2 - kiwis
  • 1 - red delicious apple
  • 1 - yellow delicious apple
  • 1 - gala apple
  • 8 ounces fresh raspberries
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fruit preserves, strawberry or raspberry(seedless)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 can butter flavored cooking spray
  • 10 - 10 inch flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cinnamon sugar

How To Make fruit salsa

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl throughly mix peeled and diced kiwis, diced apples, diced strawberries, raspberries, diced fresh pineapple. Add sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves.Cover and chill in refrigerator at least 15 minutes
  • Step 2
    Cut tortillas into wedges. place on baking sheets, spray with butter flavored cooking spray. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Place in 350 degree oven and bake 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Remove pans from oven. sprinkle tortillas with more cinnamon sugar. let cool. serve with chilled fruit.
