My family eats Deer Jerky during Deer Season in West Virginia. Some good Stuff!!

Ingredients For deer jerky

  • 1 tsp
    liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1/2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    seasoning salt
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make deer jerky

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together. Soak meat over night. Put foil on center oven rack. Bake 140F. degrees. Turn over after 5 hours. Leave a little opening in oven door.
