milk
7 Tbsp
vegetable oil

eggs
1 1/2 c
w.w. flour
1 1/2 c
cornmeal
4 Tbsp
sugar
2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1 c
frozen(thawed) whole kernel corn

How to Make Corny Corn Muffinns

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 400*. Spray or grease muffin tins or use cupcake liners.
  • 2In medium bowl, beat milk, oil and eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients except corn just until flour is moistened. Fold in corn, Scoop in to muffin tins(12 -34 full).
  • 3Bake 16-18 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan to wire rack. Serve warm or cool.
