Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 7 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups w.w. flour
- 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup frozen(thawed) whole kernel corn
How To Make corny corn muffinns

Step 1Heat oven to 400*. Spray or grease muffin tins or use cupcake liners.

Step 2In medium bowl, beat milk, oil and eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients except corn just until flour is moistened. Fold in corn, Scoop in to muffin tins(1\2 -3\4 full).

Step 3Bake 16-18 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan to wire rack. Serve warm or cool.
