This is a good recipe for a diabetic but its good to eat for anybody. It would make a great after school snack, just ask my grandchildren.

Ingredients
- 4 large ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons cocoa, unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons real maple sypup
How To Make cocoa--banana frozen dessert

Step 1Peel the bananas and place in a blender or food processor along with cocoa powder. Add the vanilla and the maple syrup. Blend till smooth. Pour into individual custard cups or small bowls and freeze until just frozen. About 2 hours.
