  • 1 bag pork rinds
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon splenda
  • - nonstick cooking spray-i use coconut oil spray

How To Make low carb/keto cinnamon "sugar" crunchies

  • Step 1
    Pour the entire bag of pork rinds into a large gallon size ziplock bag.
  • Step 2
    Spray liberally with cooking spray. Sprinkle cinnamon and Splenda on top and close ziplock and shake well.
  • Step 3
    Use more cinnamon or Splenda as needed to taste. Store in ziplock bag.
