- 1 bag pork rinds
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon splenda
- - nonstick cooking spray-i use coconut oil spray
How To Make low carb/keto cinnamon "sugar" crunchies

Step 1Pour the entire bag of pork rinds into a large gallon size ziplock bag.

Step 2Spray liberally with cooking spray. Sprinkle cinnamon and Splenda on top and close ziplock and shake well.

Step 3Use more cinnamon or Splenda as needed to taste. Store in ziplock bag.
