Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup softened butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 - egg
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup raisins

How To Make cinnamon granola bars

  • Step 1
    Beat butter and brown sugar until crumbly, about 2 minutes. Add egg; beat well. Stir in flaxseed and honey. Use large bowl.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, combine the oats, flour, cinnamon and baking soda; stir into creamed mixture just until blended. Gently stir in raisins.
  • Step 3
    Press into an 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350 degrees for 14-18 minutes or until set and edges are lightly browned
  • Step 5
    Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
