these are a healthy protein bar gluten free as long as you use gluten free oats to make your flour

Ingredients

  • 1 cup homeade oat flour
  • 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 package bigger pkg not single serve strawberry crystal light mix (don't mix with water)
  • 1/4 cup stevia in the raw
  • 1 cup liquid egg white
  • 1/4 cup 0% greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup 2% cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chopped strawberries(or chop up thwed out frozen ones) thats what i do
  • 2-3 tablespoons chocolate better n peanut butter

How To Make chocolate covered strawberry protein bars

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix sweetener and egg whites till foamy Add the remaining ingredients except for oats and protein – mix until well combined Add in protein and oats and mix gently Spray 8 x8 dish with non stick spray or oil Cool and then put 2 - 3 tblsp of Chocolate Better n Peanut butter in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds and spread on cooled off bars wha la done Cook @350 for 25 - 30 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean Let cool and cut into 8 pieces
