Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (solid at room temp.)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons swerve sugar substitute
- 1/2 cup sugar free semi-sweet chocolate chips

Step 1Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper and set aside.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Mix on medium speed 3-5min. until well combined

Step 3Mix in the sugar free chocolate chips on low speed.

Step 4Using a medium scoop form 8-10 fat bomb balls place them on a parchment lined sheet. Refrigerate for 1 hour, remove and place in an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
