Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (solid at room temp.)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons swerve sugar substitute
  • 1/2 cup sugar free semi-sweet chocolate chips

How To Make chocolate chip cookie dough keto fat bomb

  • Step 1
    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper and set aside.
  • Step 2
    In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Mix on medium speed 3-5min. until well combined
  • Step 3
    Mix in the sugar free chocolate chips on low speed.
  • Step 4
    Using a medium scoop form 8-10 fat bomb balls place them on a parchment lined sheet. Refrigerate for 1 hour, remove and place in an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
