Keto fat bombs are designed to satisfy your sweet tooth while staving off hunger. They are sugar free, low carb, and very fast and easy to prepare. This is a great snack to have on hand!

  • 1/4 c
    coconut oil (solid at room temp.)
  • 1 c
    almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp
    swerve sugar substitute
  • 1/2 c
    sugar free semi-sweet chocolate chips

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper and set aside.

    In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Mix on medium speed 3-5min. until well combined

    Mix in the sugar free chocolate chips on low speed.

    Using a medium scoop form 8-10 fat bomb balls place them on a parchment lined sheet. Refrigerate for 1 hour, remove and place in an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
