3 Tbsp
water
1 Tbsp
whole brown mustard seed

How to Make CHINESE RESTAURANT MUSTARD

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix powder and whole mustard seed with water.
  • 2Let stand 10 minutes for heat and flavor to develop.
  • 3Put in jar and seal the longer it set's the more flavor
  • 4Try whole mustard seeds in barbecue sauce and rub's or marinades for grilling. The seeds become very soft , giving flavor and an attractive appearance.
