Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 3 Tbsp
    chopped fuji apple or any sweet apple
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped black or red grapes
  • 2 Tbsp
    peanut butter, crunchy
  • 1 Tbsp
    lite mayonaise or greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp
    honey
  • ·
    iceburg lettuce

How to Make Chicken Apple Wraps

Step-by-Step

  1. Chop chicken meat and fruit. Mix in bowl.
  2. Mix in peanut butter, honey, and mayonnaise.
  3. Spoon into open lettuce leaf, roll up and serve. you can also place in flatbread, or some other kind of wrap.
