1in a pan add all the dry ingredients; the oats, sesame seeds, raisins and sunflower seeds, in another bowl mix together; the oil, honey, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla and peanut butter and mix together. in a plastic bag combine the cashew and almonds and crush them until desired consistency.
2turn on the stove to medium heat and combine everything and cook until everything is mixed together, then turn of the stove. put some foil on a cookie pan and spray a little pam on it, then pour the mixture on it and spread out, put in the preheated oven of 325 degrees for fifteen minute and stir it on the 8th minute. when the fifteen are up take out of the oven and let it cool for 10 to 15 minutes and store into a container for enjoyment later.
