berry sorbet
This is great treat snack. It's a very healthy alternative to ice cream on warm summer days or it can even be a healthful breakfast. I eat a lot of fresh berries and fresh fruit. I save them when they become a bit over ripe and throw them in small containers in the freezer. Then I just throw the frozen fruit mix in the ninja with some skim milk, and a Tbsp of sugar or honey (optional) and blend smooth. It's so good!
