kashi berry cereal bars
This is a bar I came up with. Each bar contains about 2 g of fiber, 120 cal and 4 g of fat per bar. Nutrition calculated with yogurt chips. Without yogurt chips. They are 100 cal and only 3 g of fat per bar. They curb my sweet tooth and they are satisfying. Great snack before exercise. Yummy dessert bar! They also make a great on the go breakfast.

Ingredients
- 2 cups kashi berry crisp cereal
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup 14 ounces low fat condensed milk1/4
- 1/4 cup yogurt chips optional
- 1/4 cup dried berries optional
How To Make kashi berry cereal bars

Step 1Foil line and grease a 9 x 13” pan

Step 2Mix all ingredients in a large bowl together.

Step 3Press mixture into the greased foil lined pan

Step 4Bake in 325° oven for 20 -25 min. Peel off

Step 5Remove from oven. Cool five minutes. Cut into 24 bars. Let bars continue to cool. Peel off foil from bars.

Step 6Remove bars from pan. I like to keep them in individual baggies for snacking.
