This is a healthy delicious veggie dip that can also be used as a sandwich spread. My favorite sandwich to spread this on is a French roll with smoked turkey and lettuce.

Ingredients
- 3 - avocados, pitted and diced
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 package powdered gelatin dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make avocado dip

Step 1In a medium bowl combine all ingredients to desired texture. Combine in a food processor for completely smooth, I prefer chunky.
