I am always looking for a creative fun way to get my boys to eat healthy snacks. This was one of my ideas.....they LOVE it!

Ingredients
- 1 large apple, any variety that is sweet
- 1-2 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- - chocolate chips, regular or mini
- - butterscotch chips, optional
How To Make apple nachos

Step 1Wash and slice up an apple. Arrange slices on plate just as you would nacho chips! Heat in a microwave safe bowl, 1-2 Tablespoons of creamy peanut butter for 15-30 seconds. Drizzle warm peanut butter over apple slices and sprinke with chips! ENJOY!!
