Tony Horton's Sticky Bars

Kim Biegacki

Well, my husband has started a program called P90X and I have been given several cookbooks that he wants me cooking from so I picked out this snack to make for him today. It is a powerhouse snack that is packed with protein and will give you a boost of energy too.

Hope you enjoy this healthy snack.
