How to Make Spicy Almonds
1In a bowl, lightly beat egg white and water until foamy.
2Add almonds and stir until all coated.
3In another bowl, mix all spices. Add almonds and stir to coat.
4Preheat oven to 250F. Place almonds on a baking sheet in one layer. Bake for 1 hour, stirring and re-layering the nuts every 15 minutes.
5Loosen the almonds with spatula but leave on the baking sheet until cool.
6Store in airtight container.
