By a long shot, Cashews are my favorite nut ever! And Roasted them gives them so much more flavor. Tossed with your favorite herbs and spices, These will instantly become your new favorite Snack!

Ingredients
- 12 ounces cashews
- 2 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground tumeric
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- - cayenne pepper (to taste)
How To Make spiced roasted cashew's

Step 1In a small bowl, Mix together Oil and all the spices and still till combined.

Step 2Evenly spread Cashews on a baking sheet

Step 3Pour over Oil & Spice mixture, and Toss to coat thoroughly.

Step 4Place in a 400 degree oven for 10-15 Minutes, Tossing once every 5 Minutes. Remove from the oven once you can smell the nuts and spices. (Exactly 12 minutes for me) and allow to cool for 3-5 Minutes and serve semi hot. And Enjoy!!! :)
