2 1/2 Tbsp
canola oil
1/2 tsp
ground cumin
1 tsp
1/4 tsp
ground tumeric
1/8 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp
ground coriander
cayenne pepper (to taste)

How to Make Spiced Roasted Cashew's


  • 1In a small bowl, Mix together Oil and all the spices and still till combined.
  • 2Evenly spread Cashews on a baking sheet
  • 3Pour over Oil & Spice mixture, and Toss to coat thoroughly.
  • 4Place in a 400 degree oven for 10-15 Minutes, Tossing once every 5 Minutes. Remove from the oven once you can smell the nuts and spices. (Exactly 12 minutes for me) and allow to cool for 3-5 Minutes and serve semi hot. And Enjoy!!! :)
