Ingredients

2 cpecan halves
-
1 cgranulated sugar
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
6 Tbspevaporated milk
-
1 tspvanilla
How to Make Spiced Pecans
- Mix all the ingredients exept for pecans in saucepan. Cook until it forms a soft ball. (usually for me that's a medium heat rolling boil for 4 minutes.) Stir constantly.
- Remove from heat and add pecans. Stir with a fork to coat all pecans.
- Pour onto wax paper and separate with a fork.
