How to Make Praline Coated Pecans
- In saucepan over medium heat combine both sugars & sour cream. Bring to a boil stirring constantly until it reaches soft ball stage.
- Add Pecans and stir gently until all are well coated.
- Pour on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet and separate nuts with a fork. Let cool and store in an air tight container.
