brown sugar, lightly packed
1/2 c
1/2 c
sour cream
2 1/2 c
pecan halves

How to Make Praline Coated Pecans


  • 1In saucepan over medium heat combine both sugars & sour cream. Bring to a boil stirring constantly until it reaches soft ball stage.
  • 2Add Pecans and stir gently until all are well coated.
  • 3Pour on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet and separate nuts with a fork. Let cool and store in an air tight container.
