praline coated pecans
This recipe was in a Church Cookbook that I put together as a fundraiser when my kids were in junior high. It was submitted by a good friend of mine.

Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 1/2 cups pecan halves
How To Make praline coated pecans

Step 1In saucepan over medium heat combine both sugars & sour cream. Bring to a boil stirring constantly until it reaches soft ball stage.

Step 2Add Pecans and stir gently until all are well coated.

Step 3Pour on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet and separate nuts with a fork. Let cool and store in an air tight container.
