2Spread pecans on a lrg. baking sheet.Roast until fragrant,10-12 min.Watch carefully the burn easy!
3Combine br sugar,salt,thyme,rosemary,pepper and cayenne in a small bowl. Transfer the warm pecans to a lrg. bowl,drizzle with oil and toss well to coat cmpletely.Sprinkle with the spice mixture and toss well again.
4Serve warm or let cool completely and store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
