There are many recipes for this wonderful snack, so I'll just add another. LOL! Been making this since high school. My friends always loved when I'd make a batch and share it at lunchtime. Always a great treat, young and old. I don't always add the cheerios and cheese crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c
    each - corn chex, rice chex, wheat chex, cheerios, cheese squares and pretzels
  • 1 c
    mixed nuts
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    season salt
  • 3/4 tsp
    garlic salt

How to Make ~ Microwave Party Mix ~

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large glass bowl, combine cereals, crackers, pretzels and nuts. In a small saucepan mix melted butter and seasonings. Pour evenly over cereal mixture and stir to coat evenly. Microwave on high for 4 minutes, stir after 2 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool.

    Store in air tight container or zip lock baggie.
