I love spiced pecans! These have just a hint of heat, feel free to adjust the pepper or leave it out.

  • 1/3 c
  • 2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    allspice, ground
  • 1/2 tsp
    freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1
    egg white
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    butter, melted (allow to cool slightly)
  • 1 lb
    pecan halves

How to Make Kickin' Spiced Pecans


  1. Preheat oven to 275. Spray or parchment paper line baking sheet.
  2. Combine sugar, spices, egg white and butter. Mix well.

    Add pecans and stir to coat well.
  3. Pour pecans on to prepared baking sheet.

    Bake at 275 for 45 min, stirring every 15 min.

    Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
