This copycat recipe has a history with Sylvester Graham(Graham crackers), Dr. J.C. Jackson,(Graham flour),Dr. J.H. Kellogg (Battle Creek Sanitarium) and then C.W. Post(Grape Nuts). All these men and theirs developers baked and rebaked a mix of whole grain called "Granula" and later made famous by Post remaking it again and calling it Grape Nuts. This mixture is a play on those recipes with a little Maple syrup, honey and molasses added in. Hope you like it!
