Ingredients
- 1 cup prunes, pitted
- 1 cup dark raisins
- 1 cup coconut
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 cups pecans
- 1 teaspoon orange rind
- 1/4 cup crushed nuts or powdered sugar for coating
How To Make fruit balls

Step 1Chop fruit and nuts by hand or in food chopper (not the 1/4 cup of crushed nuts save these for the coating). Mix together and roll into balls.

Step 2roll balls in either powdered sugar in crushed nuts. Dry at room temperature of 4 hours. Store in a air tight container.
