dear daughter's granola bars
(2 RATINGS)
My daughter took home economics this year. I told her it wouldn't hurt her..So, she brings home from school this plate of granola's and says " Mom you have to try these". Well, I will be the first to admit, I DO NOT LIKE GRANOLA! Especially the hard, break a tooth kind..LOL..so I tried a bite, needless to say one bite led to another..these were surprisingly very good. I told her to bring home the recipe, and here it is. It's chewy, not hard, and I think delicious. When she makes it again, I will provide a pic.
