cinnamon sugar pecans
Fall time reminds me of Pecans, my favorite nut. Our family orginally came from a small town famous for their large harvest of Pecan. This is a great treat or appetizer for the fall season. You may want to make a double recipe as it goes really fast. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1 - egg white
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
How To Make cinnamon sugar pecans

Step 1Preheat oven to 300 degrees

Step 2Mix egg white and pecans until nuts are completely coated

Step 3Mix well sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pecans

Step 4Stir until nuts are evenly coated wtih sugar/cinnamon mixture and then spread on ungreased baking sheet.

Step 5Bake for 30 minutes and then remove to a dish to cool and enjoy!
