Fall time reminds me of Pecans, my favorite nut. Our family orginally came from a small town famous for their large harvest of Pecan. This is a great treat or appetizer for the fall season. You may want to make a double recipe as it goes really fast. Enjoy!

How to Make Cinnamon Sugar Pecans


  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Mix egg white and pecans until nuts are completely coated
  3. Mix well sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pecans
  4. Stir until nuts are evenly coated wtih sugar/cinnamon mixture and then spread on ungreased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes and then remove to a dish to cool and enjoy!
