cinnamon sugar pecans

Fall time reminds me of Pecans, my favorite nut. Our family orginally came from a small town famous for their large harvest of Pecan. This is a great treat or appetizer for the fall season. You may want to make a double recipe as it goes really fast. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 1 - egg white
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

How To Make cinnamon sugar pecans

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  • Step 2
    Mix egg white and pecans until nuts are completely coated
  • Step 3
    Mix well sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pecans
  • Step 4
    Stir until nuts are evenly coated wtih sugar/cinnamon mixture and then spread on ungreased baking sheet.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 30 minutes and then remove to a dish to cool and enjoy!
