Ingredients
- 1 pound shelled pecans
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- - pinch ground cloves
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make cinnamon-sugar pecans

Step 1Arrange pecans in a large casserole. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. In bowl combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Toss pecans with butter. Stir until butter is melted and pecans are evenly coated. Add sugar mixture to pecans and stir well. Set aside to cool. Makes 4 cups.
