  • 8 c
    rice chex
  • 1 c
    salted nuts, any kind(i like cashews)
  • 14 oz
    can sweetened condensed milk (i use eagle brand)
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Chex Brittle


  1. Heat oven to 325^. Spray 2 jelly roll pans with cooking spray. In large bowl , mix ingredients until evenly coated. Spread in pans in single layer. Bake 12 minutes. Spread on waxed paper to cool, about 15 minutes. Break into pieces. Store in airtight container.
