- 1 cup dry roasted cashews
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
How To Make cashew-honey butter

Step 1Place cashews in container of an electric blender; process at low speed, until finely chopped, stopping once to scrape down sides.

Step 2Add oil and honey; process at high speed, until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Serve on crackers, bread, or bagels. Store in refrigerator up to 1 month. Makes 3/4 cup.
