Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry roasted cashews
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey

How To Make cashew-honey butter

  • Step 1
    Place cashews in container of an electric blender; process at low speed, until finely chopped, stopping once to scrape down sides.
  • Step 2
    Add oil and honey; process at high speed, until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Serve on crackers, bread, or bagels. Store in refrigerator up to 1 month. Makes 3/4 cup.
  • Step 3
    DIRECTIONS FOR GIFT CARD: Store Cashew-Honey Butter in refrigerator up to 1 month. Serve with crackers, bread, or bagels.
