How to Make Cashew-Honey Butter

Step-by-Step

  1. Place cashews in container of an electric blender; process at low speed, until finely chopped, stopping once to scrape down sides.
  2. Add oil and honey; process at high speed, until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Serve on crackers, bread, or bagels. Store in refrigerator up to 1 month. Makes 3/4 cup.
  3. DIRECTIONS FOR GIFT CARD: Store Cashew-Honey Butter in refrigerator up to 1 month. Serve with crackers, bread, or bagels.
