When my daughter Ashley was in college they would make this during final exams. When she came home she made a batch for the family. It is really a great snack for kids, camping, walking the trails and for lunch boxes or a pick me up in the middle of the day when you get that afternoon yawns.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup peanuts, salted or unsalted
  • 1 cup m&m's
  • 1 cup golden grahams
  • 1 cup stick pretzels
  • 1 cup cherrios
  • 1 cup raisins

How To Make brain food snack mix

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients together and keep in air tight container, or ziploc bag.
