Ingredients
- 3 cups dryed pumpkin seeds
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons cayenne powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- - spash or two of hot sause
How To Make bob's hot and fiery roasted pumpkin seeds

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl. Mix salt,cayenne,cuminolive oil and hot sauce. Mix very well. Addpumkin seed and coat real well.I mix with my hands. If you use your hands you mite want to wash them after mixing.

Step 2Spread seeds on a baking sheet from one layer. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.You may want to toss them 1/2 way through. Bake till they are tan and crisp.Let cool and place in a bowl.then dig in.
