These go great with a cold beer wile watching the big game or watching a NASCR race. Vety easy to make. The boys and I make them alot. Just because we like pumpkin seeds.

Ingredients For bob's hot and fiery roasted pumpkin seeds

  • 3 c
    dryed pumpkin seeds
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    cayenne powder
  • 1 tsp
    cumin
  • spash or two of hot sause

How To Make bob's hot and fiery roasted pumpkin seeds

    Pre-heat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl. Mix salt,cayenne,cuminolive oil and hot sauce. Mix very well. Addpumkin seed and coat real well.I mix with my hands. If you use your hands you mite want to wash them after mixing.

    Spread seeds on a baking sheet from one layer. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.You may want to toss them 1/2 way through. Bake till they are tan and crisp.Let cool and place in a bowl.then dig in.
