·1 cup pecans, roughly chopped (not too small or they will burn)
·1/4 sup maple syrup
How to Make Betty's Easy Candied Maple Pecans
- Pre-heat oven to 375oF/180oC and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a bowl combine the pecans and syrup. Pour on to the baking tray and arrange the pecans so they are not over lapping.
- Pop into the oven, bake for 7 minutes. Stir and return for a further 6-8 minutes. Cool on the tray.
- Use to garnish salads or enjoy as a sweet snack.
